Your professional records deserve professional security

CPD certificates contain your name and professional history. Here is exactly how Swift CPD handles them — in plain language, with no claims we can't back up.

  • Accounts are authenticated

    Every account is protected by email and password sign-in, or Google sign-in if you prefer.

  • Records are separated by account

    Database access rules restrict CPD records and profile details so they are only readable by the account that created them.

  • Certificates are not intentionally made public

    Uploaded certificates are held in a private storage area and are served to you through short-lived, signed links rather than public URLs.

  • Secure cloud storage

    Certificates and records are stored with a managed cloud database and storage provider, accessed over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

  • You control your records

    You can edit any CPD record, replace details Swift CPD suggested, and delete records or certificates you no longer want stored.

  • AI suggestions are reviewed before saving

    Nothing is filed on your behalf. Extracted and AI-generated information is presented for your review and edit before a record is saved.

What we don't claim

Swift CPD does not hold formal security certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and is not approved, accredited or endorsed by Ahpra or the Pharmacy Board of Australia. We describe the protections that are actually in place rather than using marketing terms like “bank-level security”.

AI processing

When you upload a certificate, its contents are sent to a third-party AI provider so the details can be read back to you. Only the certificate you upload is sent, and the result is shown to you for review before anything is saved. If you would rather not use AI reading, you can add any CPD activity manually.
