Terms of Service

1. About Swift CPD

Swift CPD is a record-keeping and administrative assistance platform for Australian pharmacists. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by Ahpra or the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individual use.

3. Your professional responsibilities

Swift CPD assists with CPD record keeping and administration. You remain responsible for ensuring your CPD activities and records meet your professional and regulatory requirements, including verifying the accuracy of every record before you rely on it. Using Swift CPD does not guarantee compliance with any professional obligation.

4. AI-assisted content

Swift CPD uses AI to read uploaded certificates and to draft suggested text. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. It is presented to you for review, and you are responsible for checking and correcting information before saving it.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the certificates and CPD information you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the service for you. You must not upload content you are not permitted to share, or content containing identifiable patient information.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Swift CPD available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of records that are important to you — exports are available inside the app.

8. Fees

Paid plans are not yet active. When billing is introduced, plan prices, billing cycles, trials, cancellation and refund terms will be published on the pricing page and you will be notified before any charge is made.

9. Termination

You may stop using Swift CPD at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required by law.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of Swift CPD is limited to re-supplying the service or the amount you have paid us for it.
